Jazz Pianist Ethan Iverson (The Bad Plus, New England Conservatory) joins the Bohemian Caverns Jazz Orchestra to perform his suite “Bud Powell in the 21st Century”.

During our visit we attended an Open Studio session, visited the Betty Boyd Dettre Library and Research Center and saw “The Sky’s the Limit”.

We visited Alliance Comics in Downtown #SilverSpring to highlight their expansive collection of comics and graphic novels. They offer comic reservations, have a comic buyback program and even open an hour early on Wednesday for new releases. It was a pleasure visiting #AllianceComics and picking up a few $1 comics to jumpstart my collection.
